The Loraine ISD will hold a public hearing on the possible Board action to continue taxation of goods-in-transit, pursuant to section 11.253(j), Texas Tax Code, as amended. This meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on December 12, 2007 in the boardroom of the Loraine I S D.
The public hearing will be followed by the regular board meeting at 7:00 p.m. in which the board will have a discussion and possible Board action to adopt a Resolution to continue taxation of goods-in–transit, pursuant to section 11.253(j), Texas Tax Code, as amended. |
